It started off as an assignment in the workshop that I did in Bangkok/Chang Mai. The workshop was titled "Photographing where you dont belong". It was organised by fotofilmic and lead by Greg Girard.
Inspired and guided by Greg, I managed to turn the assignment into a body of work that I'm proud of. And also, it reminded me of how much I enjoyed street photography.
This photo series is about a team of construction workers installing water pipeline in the streets of Chiang Mai. They worked wholeheartedly thru many nights ( and usually till wee hours of the morning) to complete the installation. The work is tough and yet they carried out without complain. Because they know they can only rest till it's done.
